To register for our seminars or to purchase products from our web site, we will

No Guarantee Of Error Free Performance
CEO Space does not guarantee error-free performance under this Privacy Policy. We
will use reasonable efforts to comply with this policy and will take prompt corrective
action when we our notified in writing of any failure to comply with this policy.
CEO Space shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or punitive damages
relating to this Privacy Policy.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction And Attorneys Fees
The laws of the United States and the State of Alabama shall govern this Privacy
Policy without regard to or application of any choice of law or conflict of law
provisions. Jurisdiction for any claims, actions or other proceedings shall be exclusively
in the federal and/or state courts of Alabama. If either CEO Space or you employ
any attorneys to enforce the terms of this Privacy Policy, the prevailing party
shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys� fees and costs.
