49. What Ages of Children Should Attend?

Parents with young children bring the children when they are not comfortable leaving them at home. You will occasionally see playpens in the back of class, with toddlers playing on blankets on the floor. You will see ages twelve and older going into the Teen Youth classes and back again as they desire. Parents should control class room noise form younger children, leaving the class room if noise becomes distracting. Teens are always welcome at IBI programs.  A letter can be printed from IBI Global's web site (see FEAST Teen Section) and used with local faculty to gain permission for credit and make up work while teens attend IBI Global training programs for the week. Teens typically enjoy improvement in self esteem personal leadership and study habits with resulting grade elevation. Where possible there is a price and family advantage to attending a first IBI program in famly groups. IBI is a family valued program. Families are encouraged to attend together. CEOs working with other CEOs attending with their family tend to accelerate cricitcal alliances in part due to the family experience IBI produces. Young children have grown up with IBI over two decades and their parents as well as the new young adults define the value IBI has delivered in the life of the family as well as the individual over time. IBI is an on-going experience versus a one time event.
