A percentage of IBI Global attendees find they do not wish to start a business. Entrepreneurs may be SUPPORTERS rather than CEO Directors. Supporters  prefer to earn future income by improving their efficiency in the "supporter" role. Supporters discover how to play in a more "full partnership" role within the Free Enterprise System at IBI programs. Executives in transition are placed in very exciting growth company positions while IBI programs are in session. The Govenor of Vermont, following a massive downsizing in his state after 9/11, noted that "IBI is a job fair on steriods."
