30. Who Attends IBI Global Classes?

IBI attendees may vary from class to class, as to backgrounds. Generally, IBI Global student bodies are approximately 10% to 15% CEOs who operate very large firms or who have recently sold larger firms, including private investors who come to meet each other and to diversify at IBI. Approximately 25% to 35% of recent programs, are business owners, with expert skills to share as mentors while they cross grow their individual corporate  markets. Approximately 15% to 20% of any class will be in transition seeking to align with new career opportunities in a more advantaged forum for the career seeker. A small percentage of classes include celebrities and the rich and famous. A percentage of entrepreneurs attending IBI Global programs for the first time are pure start ups, early stage ventures, artists, inventors and dreamers.

A growing percentage at the top include management teams from larger companies benefiting from IBI's multi year multi class PAT recognition program for larger employers.

In addition, IBI Global programs feature  up to 50  on site  trainers who employ collective coaching for each guests project work. This team includes many Fortune trainers, and law firms,  or attorney's directly  on faculty, accounting firms, investment bankers, venture firms, branding specialist, marketing experts, advertising firms, manufacturing firms and more. IBI Global also provides expert coaches in a wide range of fields. Trainers at IBI work day by day with guests on an individual agenda basis without charge over the entire week. The one on one time with Fortune experienced coaches makes all the difference for everyone.

IBI Coaches voted in 2002 to continue the policy of "not charging and not accepting" fees for service during class week - where all consulting is provided FREE of CHARGE to the CEOs attending as a public service. After class normal rates apply for on gonig work although coaches provide free coaching at IBI events for graduates.

Access to all faculty and coaches is on going in the IBI Global network.

Busy CEOs have limited time to map out future course corrections. IBI has become the ultimate "think tank" retreat for CEO to CEO plan development.
